Most " 30" Greenpeace released , international justice demands that they leave Russia
By late afternoon , 29 of the 30 crew members of the ship , including the captain , were released from prison , receiving bail after more than two months in custody in Russia.
The Court of the sea, a UN jurisdiction competent to settle the Hamburg-based international maritime disputes , had been seized by the Netherlands . Russian diplomacy has already said that Moscow , which has boycotted the trial , did not recognize in this case the jurisdiction of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea , which encroaches on it according to its " sovereign right " .
