Hotel Facilities : The 600 well-appointed and tastefully decorated rooms and suites are all luxuriously furnished and equipped to international standards. All have private marble bathroom, direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioner, television, refrigerator, and luxurious furnishings.

Hotel Prices : Rates are in Thai baht per room per night and subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax. The rate includes a welcome drink, daily newspaper, fruit plate on arrival and free use of many of the health club facilities. Guests also receive 10% discount on laundry, business center and restaurants (Saigon, Great Wall and Rio Grill). An extra bed is available at 600 baht per night, and baby cots are supplied free of charge.

Room Guarantee Policy - For a booking of 1-3 rooms, one night guarantee is required. For a group of 4 rooms or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50 % of total amount is required.

Cancellation Policy (For Online Reservation) - For a booking of 1-3 rooms, 72 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise first night will be charged. No refund for group cancellation.
